TEAK WOOD AIR GRILLS
Wood-framed grilles remain our most customizable product with multiple models, sizes and wood species. Choose a more traditional look with oiled or varnished wood. Go contemporary with rounded corners and painted finishes. Line of plastic-framed grilles with their rounded corners complements any contemporary interior. They paint easily with great adhesion to match most any interior. Their great looks coupled with a snap-in function make it a very unique and proprietary line of grilles. Whether you choose our wood or plastic grille, an effective means of controlling airflow to them is also necessary.
ALUMINIUM AIR GRILLS
It is easy to create well-engineered extrusions with high aluminum content. The more you have, the higher the cost. The difficulty in making aluminum look good is a little more challenging. The extrusions engineered with high aluminum content but added something different. extrusion will have baked-on paint applied at the mill. The vanes for wood and plastic grilles have always been finished this way and it is very durable. Aluminum grille have two colors. The same gloss white that use on plastic grilles and a new flat black. The flat black is an especially attractive color. Both colors make a great base for optional painted colors. Initial models include an RA (return air), RAF (return air filtered) and a V (2-way supply grille) in several standard sizes. Other models have been engineered but will come later. Fast standard and optional special sizes will be available, reducing your inventory. Along with the paint method this should set us apart from the other manufacturers. All grilles also include stainless steel mounting screws with painted heads for our marine customers. There are screw access holes in the sides of all of our models. Grilles dimension at the cutout is 1/8” less than nominal. Outside dimension at the face is 1” more than nominal.
